Soft rock

  • Feed particle size: < 600mm (soft rock)
  • Main equipment: 3000×4000mm silo, ZSW1100x4200 vibrating feeder, C100 jaw crusher, GZD-300 vibrating feeder, 2 set CS160 cone crushers, 2*2YK1860 vibrating screens, belt conveyors, etc.
  • Finished product particle size: 0-6mm,6-12mm,12-20mm,20-30mm.

 

Hard rock

  • Feed particle size: < 600mm (hard rock)
  • Main equipment: 3000×4000mm silo, ZSW1100x4200 vibrating feeder, PE750x1060 jaw crusher, HP300 Cone crusher, 2yk2160 vibrating screen, 2YK1860 vibrating screen, belt conveyors, etc.
  • Finished product particle size: 0-1/4",1/4"-1/2",1/2-3/4",3/4"-1".

 

How to choose large-capacity crushing production line equipment?

1. Material properties:
