How to choose large-capacity crushing production line equipment?
1. Material properties:
- Hardness:Â Different types of materials have different harness. The greater the hardness, the higher the difficulty of crushing. For high-hardness materials such as hard rock, it is necessary to choose equipment with higher crushing strength, such as cone crushers.
- Specifications:Â When the material specifications are large, primary crushing equipment such as a jaw crusher should be used. If the material size is small and needs to be composed of materials of a certain grade, combined crushing and screening equipment needs to be selected.
- Humidity:Â For materials with higher humidity, you need to choose equipment with better-wet grinding and crushing capabilities.
2. Production capacity:

3. Device matching:
The equipment equipped in the production line must be matched front and back, and the materials processed by the upper-level crushing equipment should be able to smoothly enter the next-level crushing equipment.
The processing capacity of the upper-level equipment should be greater than the processing capacity of the lower-level crushing equipment.
4. Site conditions:
Depending on the terrain of the production site, a fixed or mobile crushing production line can be selected. The fixed type is available for large and flat sites, and the mobile type is available for equipment that requires a small footprint and rugged ground.
