The main equipment of this crushing plant is a C110 jaw crusher and a PFW1320 Impact crusher or CS220 cone crusher.

Jaw crusher (primary crushing): As the first crushing equipment on the production line, the jaw crusher is mainly used to coarsely crush raw materials and break large pieces of raw materials into a particle size suitable for further crushing.
Cone crusher (secondary crushing): Cone crusher has high crushing efficiency and good finished product particle shape, and is suitable for medium and fine crushing. It can further crush the materials output by the jaw crusher to the required particle size range.
Vibrating screen: The vibrating screen is used to screen the crushed materials and divide the materials into different specifications according to the particle size. Materials that do not meet the particle size requirements can be returned to the cone crusher for crushing again.
Conveyor belt: The conveyor belt is responsible for transporting materials from various equipment to ensure the continuous operation of the production line.
