Introduction
The mobile cone crusher plant is a piece of equipment used in the field of fine crushing operations. It combines the efficient crushing capabilities of the cone crusher with the convenience of the mobile crushing station. The equipment is mainly composed of a high-efficiency cone crusher, a high-performance vibrating screen, a belt conveyor, an electric motor, and a control box. It can produce higher hardness and finer-grained sand and gravel products according to different stone qualities and finished product uses.
Applications
- Mining: In mining, the mobile cone crushing station can move with the mining progress of the mine to crush the ore. This equipment can handle ores of various hardnesses and has a stable crushing effect, which helps to improve the mining efficiency and output of the mine.
- Construction waste recycling: For the processing and recycling of construction waste, mobile cone crushing stations can also play an important role. It can crush construction waste and convert it into reusable aggregates, thereby realizing resource recycling and reducing the impact on the environment.
Working Principle
- Motor drive: The motor in the mobile cone crushing station drives the main shaft to rotate through transmission devices (such as pulleys and belts).
- Eccentric sleeve and moving cone movement: The rotation of the main shaft causes the eccentric sleeve to rotate, and the moving cone connected to it rotates and swings under the action of the eccentric sleeve. This swing makes the moving cone sometimes approach the static cone and sometimes move away from the static cone, thus forming a changing crushing cavity between the two.
- Material crushing: When the material enters the crushing cavity, it is squeezed and impacted multiple times between the moving cone and the static cone. Due to the rotation and swing of the moving cone, the material is subjected to forces from multiple directions in the crushing chamber and is broken and polished along its texture.
- Discharging and screening: The material particles that meet the discharging requirements fall through the swing gap of the crushing wall and enter the next stage of the screening or conveying system. Larger material particles will continue to remain in the crushing cavity for further crushing until the required particle size is reached.
