Over the past 15 years, Tay Machinery has developed its international business, strengthened its supplier relationships, and expanded its ability to support customers across a wide range of industries.
What began as a machinery-focused business has evolved toward a broader project solutions model. Today, we look beyond individual equipment sales to understand the wider needs of each project, including technical specifications, engineering, procurement, customization, supplier coordination, and international delivery.

Our team includes more than 20 sales specialists and more than 10 engineers, combining commercial coordination, technical understanding, and project-focused problem-solving.
Our sales specialists help clients define their requirements, evaluate equipment options, coordinate quotations, and communicate with suppliers and project stakeholders.
Our engineering professionals contribute to design development, technical specifications, engineering coordination, and the adaptation of solutions to project requirements.
By bringing commercial and technical capabilities together, we aim to make complex procurement and project coordination more efficient, transparent, and manageable for our customers.
Our Supplier & Manufacturing Network
Connecting Global Projects with China’s Industrial Capabilities
China offers an extensive industrial ecosystem spanning machinery, construction, energy, mining, modular buildings, and specialized equipment. Tay Machinery has developed a network of more than 1,000 manufacturing partners across China, giving us access to a broad range of products, technical capabilities, and project-specific sourcing opportunities.
This network enables us to identify suitable suppliers, compare technical and commercial proposals, coordinate customized requirements, and support procurement for both standard equipment and more complex projects.
Tay Machinery operates as an international supplier and project solutions provider. We do not operate our own manufacturing factories. When a project requires manufacturing or fabrication, we coordinate with qualified external manufacturing partners selected according to the project’s technical, commercial, and delivery requirements.
Our role is to bring the relevant parties together, maintain communication, and help align procurement and manufacturing activities with the client’s objectives.

Equipment sourcing for construction, drilling, mining, infrastructure, material handling, and industrial applications.
8. Project Coordination & Integrated Solutions
Coordination of technical requirements, equipment packages, suppliers, procurement activities, and delivery planning to support projects from initial development through execution.
9. Quality Assurance & Inspection Coordination
Coordination of supplier quality requirements, inspection schedules, technical documentation, and independent third-party inspections or testing when required by the project.
