Custom Manufacturing & Fabrication
Custom-Engineered Products. Coordinated Manufacturing. Global Delivery.
Tay Machinery provides custom manufacturing and fabrication solutions for industrial, commercial, construction, energy, mining, and infrastructure projects. We help customers transform technical requirements, drawings, prototypes, and project specifications into customized products through in-house design and engineering capabilities and a network of qualified manufacturing partners.
From custom steel structures and fabricated components to specialized industrial equipment, OEM products, and project-specific assemblies, we coordinate the technical development, supplier selection, production requirements, and delivery arrangements needed to support each project.
Our approach combines engineering expertise with manufacturing partner coordination, allowing us to identify suitable production capabilities, materials, processes, and technical solutions according to project specifications, quality requirements, budget, and delivery schedule.

Our Custom Manufacturing & Fabrication Services
Custom Product Design & Engineering
Our in-house team can develop product concepts, technical drawings, dimensional specifications, structural arrangements, and engineering documentation according to customer requirements. We can also review existing designs and coordinate revisions to support production feasibility.
OEM Manufacturing Coordination
We coordinate OEM production through qualified manufacturing partners based on the required product specifications, branding requirements, technical capabilities, and agreed commercial conditions.
Custom Metal Fabrication
We coordinate the production of fabricated metal products, including steel frames, structural components, platforms, walkways, brackets, supports, housings, and other project-specific assemblies.
Industrial Equipment & Custom Machinery
We support the sourcing and coordinated production of specialized machinery, equipment assemblies, and application-specific industrial products developed around defined operating requirements.
Made-to-Order Components
We coordinate the production of custom components according to approved drawings, dimensions, materials, tolerances, and technical specifications. Depending on the project, this may include machined parts, sheet-metal components, welded assemblies, and other engineered products.
Structural Steel & Industrial Assemblies
We support customized steel structures and fabricated assemblies for industrial facilities, warehouses, modular buildings, energy projects, mining operations, and infrastructure developments.
Prototype & Sample Development
Where suitable partners and production methods are available, we can coordinate prototype or sample production to support design validation, fit checks, technical review, and approval before full production.
Quality Requirements & Production Coordination
We coordinate agreed inspection requirements, technical documentation, production milestones, and quality-control arrangements with the selected manufacturing partner. Inspection scope and acceptance criteria are defined for each project.
Products & Applications
Our custom manufacturing and fabrication services can support a broad range of applications, including:
- Structural steel frames and engineered steel components
- Industrial platforms, stairs, walkways, and access systems
- Equipment-support structures and mounting assemblies
- Tanks, silos, hoppers, and material-handling components
- Custom machinery and made-to-order industrial equipment
- OEM components and customized product assemblies
- Modular building frames and prefabricated structural elements
- Electrical equipment enclosures and industrial housings
- Mining, crushing, screening, and material-processing components
- Solar mounting structures and project-specific steel assemblies
- Specialized products developed from customer drawings or specifications
The availability of each product depends on technical requirements, material specifications, production capabilities, applicable regulations, and project quantity.
Our Custom Manufacturing Process
1. Requirements & Technical Review
We review the product’s intended application, drawings, specifications, materials, dimensions, tolerances, quantity, quality requirements, and target delivery date.
2. Design & Engineering Development
Where required, our in-house team develops or revises the technical design, drawings, specifications, and other documentation needed to define the product.
3. Manufacturing Partner Selection
We identify and coordinate with suitable manufacturing partners based on their relevant production capabilities, technical experience, equipment, quality systems, and project requirements.
4. Quotation & Production Planning
We coordinate technical clarification, pricing, production arrangements, lead times, inspection requirements, packaging, and shipping considerations.
5. Production & Quality Coordination
During production, we coordinate agreed progress updates, technical clarifications, inspections, and documentation with the manufacturing partner, according to the contracted scope.
6. Final Inspection & Delivery
We coordinate the agreed final inspection and documentation requirements, packaging, export arrangements, and international shipment to the designated destination.
Flexible Solutions for Project-Specific Requirements
Custom manufacturing requires more than finding a supplier. Product performance, material selection, dimensional accuracy, production feasibility, inspection criteria, and delivery logistics must be considered together.
Tay Machinery connects in-house design and engineering with qualified external manufacturing capabilities to support this process. We work with customers to define requirements clearly, identify appropriate production partners, and coordinate the transition from technical development to production and delivery.
Manufacturing is performed by selected external partners rather than in a Tay Machinery-owned factory. Partner selection, production responsibilities, inspection arrangements, warranties, and acceptance criteria are established according to each project’s contractual requirements.
Discuss Your Custom Manufacturing Project
Whether you need a custom-fabricated component, an OEM product, a specialized industrial assembly, or a complete made-to-order equipment package, Tay Machinery can review your requirements and discuss a suitable approach.
To begin, provide your drawings or reference images, technical specifications, material requirements, estimated quantity, applicable standards, destination country, and target delivery schedule.
If drawings are not yet available, describe the intended application and performance requirements so we can assess the initial design and engineering scope.
